SHIPPING & RETURNS

OUR POLICY:

  • We cannot guarantee that requests to cancel or modify orders can be accommodated after they’ve been placed.

  • Orders are packed and ready to ship 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Shipping times start once order has been processed.

  • Hours of operation are 9 AM - 6 PM EST Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. holidays)

  • Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for  refused or undeliverable shipments.

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number

  • One shipping address destination per order. We cannot ship to multiple addresses under a single order

  • International shipments are subject to customs procedures for clearance, which can influence the original delivery estimates

  • All listed product pricing are quoted in USD. All prices at checkout and while shopping are displayed in your selected local currency

  • Taxes and duties will vary by country/region of the shipping destination and determined during checkout

  • International orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box, APO/FPO addresses 

All orders are processed in the chronological sequence they’re  placed online; depending on the amount of incoming orders, processing times might be extended from promo sales or peak (or holiday) seasons. 

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • Customers must double-check all their order details (shipping address, contact info, shades/quantities/products, etc.) are correct at checkout to prevent potential delays and confusion. 

  • International shipments are subject to customs procedures for clearance, which can affect their ETA.

  • All shipping prices listed above are quoted in USD; the prices at checkout (and while shopping) are displayed in your selected local currency

  • Duties and taxes will vary by country/region of the shipping destination and are ultimately determined by customs.

  • Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are non-refundable for refused or undeliverable shipments.

  • Please allow 1 to 2 business days for tracking information to update (once you receive a tracking number)

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGE?

When packages leave our warehouse facility, we don’t have complete control over how they’re handled and what conditions shipments might be subjected to during transit.

Orders with proof of loss may be reshipped on a case-by-case basis. Reshipments may not be returned.

If you still haven’t received your order, please don't hesitate to first get in touch with the shipping courier and provide them your tracking number; let us know if they’re able to follow up about the delivery status and forward any proof of communication with them.
